ADHD Singles keeps things simple on purpose. You make a profile, say who you would like to meet, and each day you get a few suggested matches near you. You message the people who catch your eye, when you have the headspace, on a phone or a computer. Here is everything a member gets, and what VIP and VIP Plus add on top.
On your phone, your laptop, or both
The site runs in any modern web browser. On a phone you can add it to your home screen, where it opens full screen like an installed app and copes when your signal drops. Native apps for iPhone and Android are offered in selected countries. Your messages, matches and settings follow you wherever you sign in, so the conversation you started on the train is waiting on the laptop at home. A profile you will actually finish
A profile is a few photos, a short bio and a set of interest labels you tap rather than type. You say what you are looking for, from a long-term relationship to friendship or something casual, and the matching takes it into account. How much you say about ADHD is your call: one honest line is plenty, and our ADHD dating profile tips have wording that works. Badges appear as you go: Verified once you pass the free ID check, and others such as Chatterbox, Heartthrob and Most Popular as people respond to you.
A few good matches a day
Instead of a bottomless pile of faces, you get a fresh shortlist each day. The matching weighs the age range you set, who you want to meet, distance, how recently people have been active, the kind of relationship you want, habits such as drinking and smoking, and the interests you share. It finds people worth a look. What you say first, and how fast things go after that, is up to you.
More than one-to-one
There is a members' feed where people post updates and photos and comment on each other's, plus polls and quizzes to join when you fancy five minutes of distraction. VIP members can use the members-only chat rooms and set up private group chats of up to 50 people, with Classic members welcome in them. A group chat is a good way to get to know people without the pressure of a one-to-one, and some members find it the easiest way in.

Want to be seen first?
VIP Plus puts your profile at the top of each potential match's daily suggestions, shows your messages and likes before anyone else's, and opens a set of exclusive matches. Two extras can be bought on top: a profile boost, which shows you to every active member in your area for a while, and Super Match, a highlighted message your match always sees first and can reply to straight away.
Real people, checked
Every member gets a free ID check, and passing it adds a badge to your profile. If uploading documents is the kind of admin you will never get round to, a short live video check with a moderator does the same job, and the team can also validate a profile by hand. Do I have to download anything?
No. The site works in your phone's browser and can be saved to your home screen. Native apps exist in selected countries if you prefer one.
Can Classic members send messages?
Yes. Classic membership comes with a number of messages each day, and you can always read and reply to messages from VIP and VIP Plus members.
Can I look for friendship only?
Yes. Your profile says what you are open to, from friendship to a long-term relationship, and your daily matches take it into account.
Will I get endless notifications?
No. You only hear about activity on your own profile, and you can turn those emails off in your settings.
What if I set up my profile and forget about it?
It waits for you. Your matches and messages are there when you come back, and a fresh photo or a new line in your bio is often enough to restart a conversation.
